Returns, Refunds, and Replacements


We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with our product please contact us immediately.
   •       Damaged or Defective Items: Any claims for  damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. Please contact our customer service team with a photograph of the issue and a brief explanation. We will review the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of a replacement or refund.
        •  If your claim is approved and you request a replacement, we will ship a new order to you within 3 business days.
        •  If you request a refund, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
   •       Packages Lost in Transit: For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
   •       Refund/Replacement Exemptions:
        •  Wrong Address: If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility, and you will be responsible for reshipment costs after confirming the updated address.
        •  Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned will incur a reshipment cost.
        •  Buyer’s Remorse: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse.
